Activities on Prescription (Dance, Yogalates and Arts Programme)

This Movement and Arts programme gives you access to online Dancercise, Yogalates and Arts workshops to help boost wellbeing at home!

Activities on Prescription is a social prescribing project which grants referrals access to a range of resources to help boost wellbeing and promote positive behaviour change!

As part of this programme you'll referrals gain access to:

  • Weekly Dance and Fitness Sessions
  • Monthly Events
  • Resource Packs in the post
  • An online library of workshops
  • Regular check-in calls from our friendly team!

This programme was previously funded by the National Lottery Fund.
